Rituals & Recipes
Slow ways
to begin a day.
A practice, not a recipe
We don't believe in complicated. We believe in repeated.
These are the small daily ceremonies we keep at the house. Each one takes less than fifteen minutes. None of them require special equipment — only a willingness to slow down for a cup.

Cacao
The classic ceremonial cup
- 01Shave 30g ceremonial cacao into a warm cup.
- 02Pour 200ml water just below boiling.
- 03Whisk until glossy.
- 04Sweeten gently with raw honey or panela.
- 05Three breaths. First sip. Then the day.

Coffee
A three-minute pour-over
- 01Grind 18g of whole bean medium-fine.
- 02Bloom with 50g of 94°C water for 30 seconds.
- 03Pour in slow circles to a total of 300g.
- 04Brew time: 3:00.
- 05Sip without milk on the first cup.

Recipe
Spiced cacao with vanilla & pink salt
- 01Warm 220ml water with half a vanilla bean (don't boil).
- 02Remove bean and pour over 30g shaved cacao.
- 03Whisk smooth, add a pinch of pink salt.
- 04Sweeten with raw honey to taste.
- 05Best in the late afternoon.
